Training and development
As we recognize you are the future of our business and for that reason we want to invest in you. Whether this be a support network within the business, pre-joining days, inductions, business specific training courses graduates also receive training in regards to technical and business awareness, presentation skills, negotiation and influencing skills, project management and career development.
Our programmes remain varied, but focused towards a dedicated function within the business. These include a 10 or 12 week structured summer placement that offers a superb opportunity to gain valuable work experience working on “real” projects. Our undergraduate programmes will offer you a year-long placement in a dynamic, innovative environment. Our two-year graduate programme allows you to follow a professional development programme usually consisting of four six-month placements, three of them internal in your specialist business areas and one external.
